It's me.

I've replaced quite some parts on my PC(PSU, Mobo, RAM, CPU, that's the order how I've replaced that stuff by the way)because it's broken, it wouldn't turn on though. The things left are the H.D.D., the sound card(really unlikely, because I think if it would be broken, there wouldn't be any sound, I think), the CPU cooler(which spins normally though) and the CD drive(which works normally though). But I think that the H.D.D. would be broken most likely. But since my monitor's got no signal(yes, I've tried the monitor on another PC and it works) and the mainboard doesn't "beep" at all, I still thought about the graphics card(because my VGA connector cable from my monitor is connected to the VGA slot of my graphics card, obviously), but I'm not really sure. Does a GFX card's fan spin even though it's broken? If not, what do you think would be broken, or is there a solution which doesn't involve the replacing of hardware?
Answers are very appreciated! :D
