I need a external video capture device to run thru a 2.0 usb port but be able to work with yahoo and eyeball?

A friend of mine used a ATI all in wonder internal card before but she purchased a dell computer and nuthing can be installed into it. We tried a pinnacle capture device but its not compatible with yahoo or eyeball. Any suggestions?

You're talking about two completely different kinds of video. You're not going to find one device that will handle both. A capture card is hardware, which you use for video like TV or a camcorder. To capture Internet video, you use a software program, not hardware.

i have used hauppauge hvr usb capture devices, they work great ... to capture from a coax line.. but like helpdesk said.. you will want software to capture from the internet not hardware.
