My computer does not boot at all. It doesn't boot in any type of safe node, debugging mode, etc. None of the options in the list on windows boot manager. It says loading windows files and then stops at \windows\DRIVERS\null.sys and then just stops and restarts. How can I fix this? I also tried booting from the cd drive and reinstalling but the cd stops loading and gives me the blue screen error. How do I fix this?

From Ehow.com ( its the best i could find for ya)

Step

1

First turn on your computer, when the computer is turning on open the CD drive and put in your operating system install disc.

Step

2

Turn your computer off and then back on, the computer should boot from the disc and start the install process to your hard drive. Choose to reinstall windows and continue with the prompts. This will wipe your computer of all contents on your c drive. So if you have files you would like to keep on your c drive then make sure to install another hard drive first and install windows on that hard drive. Your old C drive will be saved and you can get your files off of it.

Step

3

After the prompts are done your computer should have to reboot and a few more prompts will come up. After this the computer will have windows installed on it and it should turn on and be able to connect to the internet.

Step

If you have any other issues send me a message or leave a comment and I will try to get back to you.

I think you need to format.

Load up the vista CD/DVD and format your C: drive.

Better you can upgrade to Windows 7. Its good. I am loving it. Much better than Vista.

If you only have the computer-specific OEM disk that came with your pre-installed OS from Dell or Toshiba or whatever, you can make yourself a bootable Vista Recovery Disk.

It does work - I've done it myself and was then able to access System Restore to go back to before my problem started.

or try and recover the bootloader as below

ok guy seem i think of you're the two dealing with the situation cerated by capacity of virus or by capacity of homestead windows document crash. so don't get rigidity too plenty to any extent further , I propose you to run your computing device basically in risk-free mode and basically circulate to device restoration and finished the job of it, if it worked then it will be superb yet whilst any condition arises then format your computing device's partition c: and regain your computing device returned.
