Im thinking of getting a keyboard for my laptop, cuz i hate the keys on mine, i'd use a mouse as well.
Would it work? or is the keyboard too big?

Absolutely. I have a full-size keyboard (including numeric keypad) and a wireless mouse I use on my own laptop, for situations when the condensed keyboard or touch pad are insufficient for my needs.
However, at that point it kind of ceases to be a "laptop", because you would need a desk or table at that point.

Yes it can. It is dependant on the type of connection the keyboard requires. if it is a USB keyboard and mouse and your Laptop has USB ports available, then it will work fine. If the keyboard/mouse uses PS/2 ports (Round Plugs usually purple and green) and your laptop does as well, those too should work, as long as the operating system (Windows or mac or linux etc etc) recognizes them (again, should be no problem)

It relies on what you'll be utilizing it for. If you wish to have it for paintings or university similar matters, a table best could also be learn how to pass considering you'll be able to have extra reminiscence potential and 2 disk/CD drives. A computer traditionally is extra strong, and is extra at ease to make use of considering your can get an ergonomic keyboard. A pc is much less strong and regularly has just one disk/CD force. The comfort is you'll take it with you and paintings practically anyplace so long as you've got a energy supply so you do not run the battery down. Whichever method you pass, I extremely endorse you get a Dell. Dell makes computer systems which might be compatable with all application and hardware by means of different pc businesses. If you purchase something instead of a Dell, you might have issues walking a few systems and hardware on it considering it's proprietary... it'll most effective run systems which might be synthetic by means of the identical enterprise or are compatable with application or hardware by means of that enterprise. I have an HP pc and a Dell computer. My husband has each a Dell computer and pc. He certainly not has issues along with his pc. I have issues with the HP considering a few systems may not run good on it or I get errors messages while looking to run a few systems. Go with a Dell.

You could do this if you get a USB keyboard or a wireless one. These will work just fine with your laptop.

Depends on the size of your lap...
I'm using my full size kb on my lap, I'd also suggest you get a trackball mouse.
