My mouse cursor is shaking?

Recently my mouse started shaking with cursor.
It is a laser mouse (Gigabyte M6980)
It's not a surface problem.
I have reinstalled it.

The problem might be in the memory of the mouse. It knows all the commands set in my PC on other computers, too. I don't know how to wipe mouse's memory.

Any idea? Thank you.

P. S. Here is a picture with two CIRCLES. One drawn slowly, one fast.

Perhaps the mouse is scared - do you have a cat? Seriously, here is one resource with various problems and solutions, any one of which might apply to you:

Do you have more than one pointing device attached at once? Normally they can coexist peacefully, unless they're both trying to move the cursor at the same time, which will cause cursor instability. New drivers installed might help. Pointing devices don't have memory, so that's not your issue, but there are settings - you might go through all settings in Control panel/Mouse to see what's what. The picture isn't especially helpful, but more info about your setup might be...

Have you been to a doctor and been checked for hand tremors?
