You can try hitting F8 when you first turn your computer on.. boot into safe mode and try doing a system restore. If that dose not work and you can get into safe mode you can try to save all important data to thumb drive and reinstall windows

repair your os, if you have os reinstall disk or its on the hard drive press and hold the correct key during post and there should be option ( windows xp and vista and 7) to repair os install and it should not delete nothing it just fixes boot issues or corrupt or replace missing files if you dont have and os reinstall dvd but it should be on your laptop hard disk drive as thats pretty much standard now for them.

You paid for a Microsoft Windows operating system. Call Microsoft!

Ouch. It sounds like your laptop is having trouble loading the operating system. It's probably best to take it to a professional and have them take a look at it.

Reinstall your os. You can do this by booting off the disk instead of booting your computer up. this should help you figure out if its hardware or software issue.
