Help selecting a tablet pc?

I'd like to buy a tablet PC with the following specs.
-decent touch screen.
-Large screen (size of a normal laptop)
-Windows 7
-256Gig Hdd
-4Gb memory
-10 hours battery life
-DVD/RW
-4 USB ports
-Gigabit port
-WIFI
-GSM mobile connectivity
-Robust I have broken a number of laptops
-Built in camera for both skype and taking pictures of locations.
-Low cost, I break my laptops often and would rather replace than repair.
-decent speakers and microphone to record meetings.
-fire wire (nice to have)

I want to carry it with me on meetings and when walking around and taking notes.
I also want to use it to configure equipment therefore I need connectivity like Ethernet and Rs232 ports.
It must have a decent screen so that I can CAD drawings.
I also would use it as a entertainment centre movies etc when travelling and staying in hotels.

Any suggestions?

A tablet with RS-232? Good luck with that. I have a difficult time finding regular desktops and laptops with RS-232. You might look into a USB to Serial adapter.
