After reviewing your hardware I am going to have to say no... I mean it might play but it will be with every setting set to the very lowest and still probably be laggy and unplayable.. :( However... You can do some upgrades that will make it run just fine

Here's what you need a new video card.

You listed two actually that could have come with your system, however both of them are old and will not work. You'll note that TOR requires a 256mb video card. Yours is 64mb..

However your system supports PCI Express 16x So we can easily upgrade that video card from a decent low budget card, to a really expensive one. If you post your budget or email me your budget I can recommend which new card to get. Also if you could post the specific brand and model of your pc, so I can double check the specs for myself that would be great. Also do you run Windows 7 or XP?

This is optional but you will notice improvements all around with your system is if you upgrade your memory to 4gb from 2gb. However it is not necessary.

Otherwise your system is not too bad. Its not of the Core 2 Duo architecture, but duel XEON's should be plenty enough processor.

Unfortunately, no. The processor is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+ or better. Straight off the bat you do not meet the requirements.

No , just upgrade your ram to 6-8 gb and your psu to 550 watts and either a gtx 550 ti or a amd hd 6850 and enjoy the game.
