can I setup 3 monitors to a Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 2 GB DDR5 DL-DVI-I/SL-DVI-D/HDMI/Dual Mini DP PCI-Express?

I'm not great with internal pc setup and I'm planning on building my own gaming pc with liquid cooling. I already have all the parts figured out but I was just wondering if this video card can manage 3 monitors. The full product name is Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 2 GB DDR5 DL-DVI-I/SL-DVI-D/HDMI/Dual Mini DP PCI-Express Graphics Card.
If it does what sort of monitor cable types should I use?

Sorry Like I said I'm not the best with this sort of thing and I want to make sure I have everything figured out before I make any sort of purchase.

About the watercooling...

1 -It is dangerous to make it if you aren't an expert.

2 - It isn't usefull if you are a normal gamer, You need watercooling if you Overclock your system really much... like if you have a Processor of 3.16ghz and you Overclock it to 4.3ghz

You need to use 2 Dvi-d and 1 Hdmi,

I always used air cooling and all is Ok :)
