PC Keeps Freezing??????

I asked the question below a few days ago and tried everything suggested but not worked. After some other investigations on other websites, somebody else had the same problem as me and found I have now found out that if I run Windows in 'Safe Mode' is has been so far so good. Therefore, if I leave my pc running all night, and it is still working in the morning (usually the whole pc freezes within this time) what can I do to resolve the problem as Safe Mode is not ideal. Thanks.

My mouse, keyboard and whole system keeps freezing. Sometimes can run all day fine, but other times like this morning, it has froze 3 times within half hour. When this happens, the clock freezes so the only way I can reset is by turning off at the wall, as ctrl alt & delete does not bring up the task manager. I have tried all sorts of programs ie: advanced windows care, ccleaner, antispyware etc but not working. I have also hoovered out all the inside of the box, but still not working. I am after some new ideas if possible, before the only thing is to buy a new one....... (does not freeze if we are working on it, only when nobody is using it, and I have checked the power settings in the control panel which 'never' turn off any power supply

over the years your followers gets further and added dusted and so will your heating pipes. this might bring about adverse warmth distribution which lower back will result on your laptop locking up. verify your Processor fan and the sink below. to try this you may could take the sidepanel off and takr a glance interior. If its crammed with airborne dirt and dust then that's a heating difficulty. in case your processor gets too warm by using fact there's a adverse warmth distribution then the laptop will lock up. purchase some compressed air and supply it a blast, in simple terms be confident to unplug the powercord first. you additionally can purchase some artic silver 5 and placed somewhat of the thermal grease on suitable of your processor chip purely a drop or 2 for greater sensible warmth distribution. in simple terms be confident to do away with the powercord as quickly as lower back and wipe off any previous grease already on it with a paper towel and slightly of rubbing alchohol

This sounds like it could be a driver problem. If you check in device manager and see if anything is showing errors ( right click on my computer > properties > Hardware tab > device manager )

Or

You could try restoring your computer to an earlier time.

start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore

I hope this gets resolved soon for you

More details please. What programs have you been using recently? P2Ps like Limewire, Frostwire, Bearshare slow down your computer and give it viruses and spyware.

Edit your post and I'll edit mine ;)
