I need help to prevent my pc from frequent crashing.

During the time I'm using the PC it suddenly stops working.
Mostly during the DVD Burning, File Copying or downloading a file from internet.

Although I tried to stop it by formating the PC, it didn't work.

Could anyone please share your proposal to solve this problem?

Thank you

I have same question to you.

My computer kept crashing with illegal operation errors.

At first I thought it was a virus, but my antivirus wasn't able to find anything wrong.

I ran your software and found over 300 errors!!!

After it corrected them, my computer was no longer crashing!

Thank http://toptenantispyware.com/Clean_Up_Center.htm for saving me a lot of time and headache! You fixed my PC when nothing else did!

fails it is time to reformat your hard drive and wipe your pc clean, this can take hours and you will probably need the data recovery disc that you should have got when you bought the pc.

It could be a power issue. When you burn something it drains more power (not a whole lot, but enough from when it just has a cd in it or idle).

How many watts does your psu have and have you added any hardware recently (video card, etc)?

File copying would lead me to believe maybe space available on your hard drive, or could lead back tot he power supply issue as it has to run your disks at higher speeds which requires more power.

Hope this helps.

Computer crashing is caused by errors in the Windows registry. When there are errors in the registry your computer is unable to properly communicate information. The computer does not know what to do and simply locks up or crashes. i think you should scan your pc!Registry cleaner is an excellent Windows Registry Cleaner that helps you scan your PC, safely clean the errors & invalid entries , freezing and crashing, and repair registry problems to speedup your computer performances. Ordinarily, I'd say it's Windows, but since reformatting and reinstalling didn't help, it sounds as if you have some dying hardware.

Breathalyse your computer before it goes out at night to stop these drink driving related crashes.

Failing that get your computer to redo it's driving test.
