Please give me a solution to solve this dilema

Ok basically my esc is jammed and wont come out no matter what so please dont give me tips on how to unjam it. The problem is that its so jammed in that the esc button is constantly pressed. Even when my computer wont start up unless i unplug my keyboard and when i plug it back in the comp just freezes.

I have already tried disabling the Esc key with Key transformation software and that still didnt work. I dont want to buy another keyboard and i dont want to end up paying any money.

1. disconnect the key board from your PC

2. in the bacl of hte keyboard there are several small screws remove them.

3. flip the keyboard right side up, remove the top voer with out removing the keys (if not it might just get messy)

4. YOu should see a plastic layer between your keys and the IC 5. lift the plastic layer right under the esc key make sure that the contact is pushed up. (DO NOT lift the whole thing up)

6. verify that the key is working properly by pressing and letting go the key should bounce back up.

If it doesn't gently pry off the esc key and see if there is anything that is causing the key to stick maybe use a little rubbing alcohol to clean it.

put the cover back on the keyboard, flip the keyboard over and put the screws back in place.

that should be all .

Try removing the esc key from the keyboard if you can. Most likely there's a rock or something that might get it jammed in place.

you probably have some crumbs or a sticky liquid like soda pop down in there.

Have you tried turning the keyboard upside down and shaking/banging it loose? a small sturdy object like a bobby pin to pry it out? a clean empty ketchup dispenser to force air under it?

If you've tried everything and nothing works, you should just bite the bullet and buy a new keyboard. you can get one for anywhere from $4-$10
