Nick, download a free program called EVEREST 2.0 It tells you everything you ever wanted to know about your PC. It tells you all your hardwares specs, temps, voltage, what if anythings overclocked & how much & again everthing about your Pc at the click of the mouse. Its free & free of spam, ads & all the crap that you sometimes get when downloading programs online. Go check it out. 1/ open Control Panel, Display, then click on the Settings Tab

2/ it should be displyed there.

3/ If not click the Advanced Button, then the Adapter Tab and it will be shown..
