Go with a 6850, better than any card you've listed and cheaper than most

Well, I shop at Micro Center, in the USA.
ATi Radeon HD 5870 should be about $250 right now.
ATi Radeon HD 5770 should be about $200 right now.
ATi Radeon HD 5570 should be about $140 right now.
ATi Radeon HD 5670 should be about $120 right now.
I suggest you forget about the 5xxx series cards from ATi and get the 6xxx series cards, because they are newer with newer technology and most likely, more reliable. The pricings all depend on the brand of the GPU and the mail&rebates and the discounts the store offers.

In the uk th price for a 5870 is £198 new, £170 used which is equivalent to 14446 Indian rupees
a 5770 is £87 new, £80 used which is equivalent to 6347 INR
a 5570 is £80 which is equivalent to 5 837 INR
a 5670 is £74 new, £63 used which is equivalent to 5400 INR
