the APUs are really only good for using the integrated graphics on them.
If you are not going to use integrated graphics, get a haswell intel chip.
The G3220 is very cheap, and will outperform most all the apus in cpu performance. just pair it with atleast an r7 250 GDDR5 or better gpu.
dont buy computers from ebay or craigslist. most of them are bigger scammers then OEM manfactuers such as dell,hp,etc
They often come with NO operating system, or a PIRATED operating system. Any games/software promised are almost guaranteed pirated.
They usually blatantly LIE about the performance of the computer. saying "o this computer can play BF4!" but it plays it at 5fps, when you do extreme modding to the game to play at far below the lowest settings at like 800x600 resolution.
instead assemble your own computer.
think you cant? well if you have EVER put together ANY kind of furniture in your life (like a desk or shelf, or cabinet or tv stand or something), then this will be a cake walk compared to that...
there are plenty of guides online, and even w/o a guide, there is basically only 1 spot for everything to actually fit/go. you can get it done on guessing alone lol
its cheaper/better, you have complete quality control over the pc, and you get far better warranties.
for a cheap computer id suggest something like
pentium G3220
any cheap H81 motherboard is fine
4 or 8GB of ddr3-1600 ram (if on low budget, buy a single 4GB stick now, and a matching one later. or buy 2 matching 4GB sticks now)
corsair cx430 or the evga 430W psu
cheaper case like nzxt source 210 or something is good for the price. id recommend a corsair 200R (look for something that can be outfitted to have good airflow, cable management and possibly dust filters)
1 or 2TB 7200rpm HDD
spend w/e u have left on graphics card, hopefully you will have enough for like an r7 260X.
if you have more, you can try for an i3-4130 cpu, and a higher end gpu. you will want a 500-600W+ corsair psu if going above a r7 260X though.
