You've gotten a plague. You're going to have got to reinstall the OS, get your whole candies off first or you will lose them. If you take your laptop to a shop, tell them to avoid wasting your goodies, and i will wager big apple to a brick you have a vain free AV

When the laptop first switches on, start tapping the F8 key on the keyboard.

THis should bring you to the safe mode menu. From the menu choose "Disable automatic restart on system failure"

This will not fix the machine, but instead of restarting it will display an error (possibly what is known as the blue screen of death).

When you have the post the question back here including all the error details and we can help further, if you dont have any luck with the answers here you may be better on a dedicated tech help forum such as www.techmonkeys.co.uk or any other free tech help forums

Try booting it up in Safe Mode, then go see the Event Log (Control Panel->Administrative Tools). Read and copy any errors from Application Log, and System Log, here.

If you are able to boot from safe mode, you have trouble with a device or driver. This log will hep you find it.

You got a virus or something is failing when windows is starting, maybe files is damaged or missing. You can repair windows installation throught Recovery Console or reinstal windows.

Edit: Press F8 or DELEATE or F11 or F12 when computer (not windows) is starting and chose Safe Mode (with internet or not) or chose Last Know Good setings (or something like that).

Uninstall the Programs that you No Longer Need:

1. Click Start | Control Panel.

2. Click Programs | Uninstall a Program.

3. Select a program that you wish to remove.

4. Click Uninstall button.

5. Follow the wizard.

6. Do these procedures for the other programs that you wish to remove.

The best way is to clean pc with RegInOut and PC Optimizer to fix Windows 7 bit freezing issue.

When you power it on, keep pressing F8 until you get the option to boot up into safe mode.

This may allow Windows to figure out what is wrong and correct itself.

If it doesn't boot up in safe mode, then at least the text scrolling up will tell you where the problem lies. Example: if it goes no further than MUP.sys, you may have a keyboard issue (more commonly found on desktops, but this is an example of what to look up online).

Also, in most cases this is a software issue and not a hardware one. More often than not using the restore partition or partition CD's will fix the problem. If you don't have one, then you can just get a Windows CD (of whatever flavor is listed in the COA Sticker and Registration Key) and install from scratch.
