When I connect my USB flash memory I recieve this error: USB Device Not Recognized! Why?

Hello!
I have a creative muvo tx fm 512 mp3 player with flash memory function. When I connect it to my computer I recieve this error: USB Device Not Recognized. I tried to reinstall drivers and turning off power management. Anyone can help me?!

Try to connect the Flash drive to the ports at the back of the pc - and not the front panel ports. Install the USB 2 drivers from intel website (if you have an intel board) after installing SP2 (if u're using XP). Also, get the latest drivers from the creative website for your flash drive. Also, check if you have enabled 'full speed' USB 2 functionality on your bios.

try it in a different machine, then try a differnet device in your machiine, this will show you whether the probelm is with your USB port or the device. Had asimelar problem myself on and off due to a bounced laptop.
