Your CPU is below the minimum requirements
Required: CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 or better
Your 4400 is 2 Ghz. The minimun is 2.4 Ghz
What video card do you have? There are about a dozen different Radeon cards on the market. Also remember that just because a video card has a higher number in it's name, it doesn't mean it's necessarily faster. For example a Radeon 4870 is much, much faster than a Radeon 5450.

"1gb ati radeon graphics card "
um, which ati card? ATI doesn't really make cards - just the technology that goes onto them. You need to specify the chipset. I would suggest going on youtube - many users will post videos of how well the game runs on a system with given specs.
In the future, you don;t have to put in the "(r)" or "TM" - this is yahoo answers.

The CPU is on the low side...multi-core CPU's are favored, 1gb ATI card seems good...5 series?? 2gb ram good unless your on vista/7 then you need an extra 2.
try cyberpower pc, just type that into google, just ordered a PC off them, like 1300$ for the AMD gamer dragon 9000 with a 6 core CPU, 2gig AMD 6970, 8gigs of RAM...and liquid cooling/neon glow :D
