my hard disk crashes frequently....how can i stop ma hard disk from being crash ???

possible causes of HDD failure:
Improper Shutdown
Sudden power failure
Loose power connection from SMPS to Hard Disk
Problem in SMPS that supplies excess electric power to HDD
Physical Shocks

A hard disk can only crash once. I think you are talking about your computer crashing, not your hard disk.

download this, if there's a partition following the one you're using then delete it and resize the partition you're using. if there really is only 80 gig available then it's probably because your hard disk doesn't like you, and i don't blame it =D

why don't u try formating ur harddisk completely.
Using some harddisk formating software.
I have been through this problem and i formated my seagate harddisk using seetool. I got this tool from seagate website. Hope it helps
