The problem is that the driver for the nic card is installed as a windows driver and thus it is working upon the reboot...however, when you uninstall a piece of hardware through device manager that MS doesn't make a driver for which are stored in the sys files...you need to then uninstall the display adapter in device manager and when you reboot and see the yellow exclamation you need to right click it and choose update driver...and you have to get the driver from ATI's support /downloads site and save it to your hard drive...then when it asks where the drivers are...point to the downloaded driver and you should be good to go...and if I am not mistaken...I am sure Radeon drivers actually after downloading...all you have to do is run the driver install program and it will install the driver and you should be good to go...it will have no more yellow exclamtion and be working fine Go to...http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

The adapter will reinstall itself, even nonetheless it might possibly no longer use the excellent suited drivers to get finished function. earlier you uninstall the cardboard, you're able to flow to the manufacturers internet internet site, and acquire the latest driver kit for the cardboard. keep this in a document on the pc. Then while the cardboard is going to place in itself, you could tell it to opt for the motive force from a particular area. Use the browse function to flow to the folder you saved the drivers in, and characteristic it load those drivers. If all you want is DirectX 9.0, you could acquire that from residing house windows replace, and would possibly no longer could uninstall the motive force.
