Hi,
If this error is appearing as you boot your computer to Desktop, then most likely something you have uninstalled, or something an antivirus program has quarantined has left behind an entry in your Registry which instructs the computer to load it on Startup.
You have a couple of options.
1. Isolate the culprit via MSCONFIG
To do this do the following from Desktop:
a) Press Microsoft flag key and R key together to open RUN window
b) Type msconfig hit ENTER key
c) Select StartUp tab
d) Scroll through list and look for entries referring to C:\Windows\}wequt.dat and remove the checkmark (tick) next to these entries
e) Click Apply
2. You can manually remove entries from your Registry. To do that, do the following:
a) Press Microsoft flag key and R key together to open RUN window
b) Type regedit hit ENTER key
c) In the Registry Editor window that appears, click the + signs in left pane to expand folders to this location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
+ Software
+ Microsoft
+ Windows
+ CurrentVersion
d) While still in left pane search the folders iside CurrentVersion, specifically for Run, RunOnce and RunServices
To view those 3 folders contents, click on them in left pane and look in the right hand pane at their contents.
If you see any entries in right pane referring to C:\Windows\}wequt.dat then right click on these entries and select DELETE
e) Now press F5 to refresh Registry, then close Registry Editor window
f) Reboot computer
