chkdsk without /f just does a verify - so it reports the errors but doesn't make any changes/deletions permanent.
add the /f parameter if you are sure you want the system to make these corrections to your file structure.

If used without parameters, chkdsk displays only the status of the volume and does not fix any errors. It's not deleting any files. Chkdsk corrects logical disk errors only if you specify the /f parameter or another parameter such as /r which also includes the funtionality of /f.

No. Setting the "f parameter" tells chkdsk to fix any errors it finds. Since there are no errors, there's no reason to run it as chkdsk /f

If you enter the command chkdsk/f then it will no longer give you this message.
/f (the F parameter) is the Fix function.
Without /f it will not fix anything it finds that is wrong - it will only report the fault to you.
