Try your HD 4350 on a different pci-e slot if it's working try you 5570. If it stops working your gpu is burnt. If it is working your pci-e slot is broken. And the worst case is if your 4350 is not working on a different slot , your motherboard is fried.

Sorry i typed from phone .

No, it'll now not burn out seeing that of your mobo. It can not. it would possibly not. will by no means occur. Most(see additionally: all) addon playing cards are backward compliant, which means that a two.zero will cross right into a a million.zero/a million.a million slot and paintings exceptional. Your efficiency will undergo, however it'll now not burn out your card. BTW, get a brand new character to construct your stuff. Or do it your self. It's so effortless it is ridiculous that persons cost to do it, and so much areas(like newegg and tigerdirect) have mobo/processor mixtures so that you do away with the toughest facet to determine. from there it is a screwdriver and a few persistence.

If your computer/motherboard beeps (i.e. bios beep codes/power on beeps/etc) take all the ram out (with the computer off) and then power it on. If it beeps then its probably giving the "theres no ram" beep code which is a good thing. If it doesn't beep, your problem has nothing to do with your video card or pci slot. Probably have a bad motherboard. Could try resetting the bios.
