There used to be pci expansion cards, but it's been years since i last saw them on sale.
Try E-bay,you may find something,or if you have a relatively strong system (PIII@1.3MHZ or Later) buy a RAID controller and a couple of big HDD's and transfer all your data there.
it is more expensive, but it will also improve your system's perfomance, due to faster memory paging.

The are a number of pci card that will give you another 2 ide connectors. Also there are sata card avaible that would allow you to attach 2-4 sata drives. You should be able to get one for $20-40.

You can get a diferent IDE controller and put that into your computer, but you better check the power output capabilities of your power supply to make sure it's going to be able handle all the devices including the mother board and all the cards. It would be a shame to go through all that trouble only to find out that your power supply can't handle it all.

Yes, there are some PCI adaptors that have more IDE ports integrated so you can connect the other 3 IDE devices. :)
