is it true that you only need 1 usb bluetooth adapter to enable bluetooth connectivity for multiple devices? for example, if i buy a bluetooth usb adapter off ebay and plug it into my pc, will it also detect my wireless mouse / keyboard?

depens. the wireless mouse keyboard should be compatible with bluetooth. generally they use RF and not bluetooth. cross check with the manufacturer of the keyboard.

otherwise, yes, you can connect mutliple device to single bluetooth like camrea, phone, printer etc.

1 dongle for logitech mouse, 1 dongle for logitech keyboard.
