ok my computer has been running very slow plz help?

my computer has been running extremely slow it takes about 40 minutes to load my startup screen and once everything is all loaded every program in the computer runs extremely slow even when loading my documents i used a ccleaner a defraggler cleaned out the registry nothing is working the only time my computer works is when i boot it into safe mode what could this be from also when its all loaded at the bottom right hand corner it say this version of windows in not genuine i payed 50$ to get my comp fixed at a store could they have put a fake version of windows or something??? this is extremely annoying this is a new computer and ive done everything i know to try and fix it if u could help please and thank you

I suggest you get a digital camera and take a photograph of the warning, and also gather all your documentation that your computer should have a legitimate installation of Windows.



That store did not fix your computer correctly. Take it back and insist they get rid of the "Windows Not Genuine" warning or else you will contact the local district attorney. The pictures of the warning and the documentation is your proof of their failure.



I suggest you also email that information to Microsoft. They would like to know about businesses that create these problems because those businesses might be installing fraudulent copies of Windows on people's computers.
