How do I integrate my hard drive so that there is no "C" drive or "D" drive?

The reason I want to do this is because my "D" drive has only 6 gigabytes and is almost full, while my "C" drive has a whopping 143 gigabytes and is almost empty.
Making it into one large hard drive would ensure that there would be ample space.

Having lots of free space on your C: drive is a GOOD thing!
Chances are your D: drive is some sort of system recovery partition, not space meant to be used by you. This is almost certainly the case if your system didn't come with recovery or reinstallation CDs for your operating system. I'd check with the manufacturer of your computer before doing anything like deleting that partition and leaving yourself up the creek.
In cases where there's a more inconvenient split (like a 300gb drive split into three 100gb partitions) you can use software like Partition Commander to reallocate space without having to reformat.
In general, I'd say having 2 partitions with ample space is better than one large one, because it allows you to keep your important data files on a separate drive letter from the operating system, which can get corrupted due to virus/spyware infections and require re-installation someday. Also some programs like Photoshop want their scratch/work area on a different drive letter than where the program is installed.
In any case, your primary drive is always C:

From what you're telling me, it form of feels which you have a backup force, generally observed as a restoration force. Integrating those 2 drives isn't available, as they're 2 bodily separate drives. The restoration force is barely 6gb given it fairly is all it fairly is mandatory, whilst your C force is possibly rated at 150gb. that's the traditional force it fairly is used on your pc and all working gadget data. in the experience that your D force isn't a get better force, it must be an inner or exterior force used for storage or backup. that's the comparable case, nonetheless, as you are able to not combine the two considered one of them mutually. data will would desire to be place on the C force to confirm that the pc classes to verify them immediately, which incorporate Audio or Video data. wish I helped.

Would be better to MOVE the files from D and use D as the Swap or Page file.
Much easier and that swap.page file gets so fragmented and does not need to run through program files to work better.
