My system specs are :-
Dual Core 2.10 Ghz (overclocked to 2.56)
Ram - 2 GB DDR2
PSU - 650 W
Motherboard - NF-MCP61 (also tell me is my motherboard support PCI-E 2.1 Bus Standard)

Yes as long as your motherboard has a pci express x16 slot (version doesn't matter 1.1, 2.0, 2.1 or 3.0)

800W @80% efficiency = 640W

Sure u can , purchase it and enjoy the asus ati radeon hd 6670 it fairly quality card i ever seen, my card is asus nvidia gtx 690 4gb ddr5 however u r motherboard may be very koothara, so u ought to try to trade u r motherboard...... I consider u r frist pictures card is gigabyte nvidia 9400 gt. Gigabyte nvidia 9400 gt and ZOTAC Nvidia GeForce 8400GS 1GB DDR2 PCI-E image Card , it is the no1 koothara card in now a days.
