Physical memory limits for Windows 7 ? Is it true ?

so is this true or not ??
Limit in 32-bit Windows 7 is 4 GB
Limit in 64-bit Windows 7 is 192 GB
because someone told me i can increase me memory to 8 GB (on windows 7 32-bit).
PLEASE CLARIFY ------- THANKS A LOT ---- This matter is killing me :@

You can install 8 gigs on a 32 bit OS but it will only read 4 gigs(minus your on board graphics etc), if you want 8 gigs use able you get the 64 bit OS.

32 Bit operating systems have a physical memory limit of 4 GB. Anymore and the system won't recognize it.

Not quite sure about 64-bit, but it's A LOT, more than any motherboard can accommodate!

I 2d that. First living house top type max is 16GB. Now what it the international could you go with extra RAM for? Are you below the effect that including extra RAM hence will velocity up your pc?
